Allora è cominciato tutto circa 4 mesi fa circa che questa utente si è presentata nel mio forum e dopo un po ha voluto far parte del nostro staff, fin qui tutto ok, quando un giorno scopriamo che questa ragazzina si è creata un forum suo con la nostra stessa tematica e si è portata via un paio di ragazze del mio staff, per non farmi vedere gelosa del suo forum ho lasciato che l'aiutassero e anche io le ho dato una mano spiagandole diverse cose come creare post, poll e altro soltanto che poi ha iniziato a portarmi via degli utenti scoperto pochi giorni fa. Un giorno il mio staffer Alessia ha deciso con un post di annunciare l'abbandono del forum WSSC e di restare con noi e come titolo di questa discussione da lei aperta aveva scritto "Cancellazione forum WSSC", ma il contenuto della discussione era tutt'altro, all'improvviso è arrivata l'utente segnalata qui ~Bloom Sirenix~ a far casino prima in area staff pensando che noi volessimo cancellarle il forum, ma noi non c'entravamo nulla si parlava di quando il suo forum era stato segnalato dal WCLO sempre per motivi di plagio, noi l'abbiamo aiutata risolvendo la situazione, e parlando cosi avevamo espresso la nostra opinione, ogni staffers la sua che secondo loro era meglio cancellarlo un forum con la pessima reputazione e magari di stare tutte unite per aiutarci a vicenda. Poi riprendendo il discorso ha fatto sfuriate isteriche in tagboard nonostante alcune staffers cercavano di farla ragionare ha preso sia me che Aisha&Bloom a parolaccie per MP vista la giovane età (12 anni) dell'utente ho lasciato stare il ban e mi sono limitata a demotarla a utente semplice nel forum, poi non contenta è andata nel forum WCLO da noi nostro forte rivale proprio non ci possiamo vedere, è andata a spifferare i nostri contenuti su di loro e altre nostre informazioni, scatenando un po la scintilla cosi dopo averci parlato in MP mi sono sentita dire brutte cose e cosi l'ho bannata definitavamente. Poi attenzione, è tornata con un'altro account si è fatta mettere staffer per spiare, cosi è scattato il ban definitivo per ID, ma ora sono stanca ho chiuso troppo gli occhi e tiro fuori quello che c'è da dire.

Intanto come potete vedere il blocco è identico a parte il nome delle sezioni ma la disposizione è identica alla nostra per la stessa portata di click, e la sezione dei Compleanni Staff/Utenti era un nostro progetto e ancora in corso, da prima messo poi tolto ma avevamo intenzione di rimetterlo prossimamente, e l'hanno messo loro quindi è una copia del nostro progetto iniziale.

Intanto metto questo intanto preparo gli altri screen da mettere in coda a questi delle altre sezioni.

Le hanno protette ora per impedire di guardare ma se notate lo stile del GDR nella Roll è identica alla nostra con storie narranti.

Ora è leggermente cambiato ma prima era spiaccicato al nostro, e giusto oggi mi è giunta voce che stanno scopiazzando per intero topic nelle aree protette, senza contare le minacce di guerriglia che ci arrivano per MP.

Chiedo scusa per quello che ho fatto, volevo avvertire, ma tra una cosa e l'altra non ho fatto in tempo dimenticandomene. Chiedo venia, lo so che sembrano scuse messe lì alla muzzo, ma davvero, me ne sono scordata, non l'ho fatto apposta; sono rammaricata dell'accaduto, non lo farò più senza l'autorizzazione, di solito mando un mp ma questa volta non me ne sono ricordata perchè ho passato poco tempo a casa, per via del trasloco.
Ti chiedo scusa, infinite volte. Ho cancellato il menù utente e messo il mio solito

La ragazza in questione è staff nel tigerdirty. Forse la skin è stata postata anche lì e se così è provvederò a rimuoverla quanto prima. Per la permanenza della ragazza nello staff è tutto da vedere! Mi scuso da parte del forum, non fa parte della nostra politica copiare, e se usiamo qualcosa creditiamo sempre, sono molto delusa! Confermo che snow white non c'entra niente perché la conosco e le skin le studia e le codifica da sola...per il resto sentiamo che dice candy love

Ok, scusate anche me per il ritardo ma ieri ho lavorato tutto il giorno e dal telefono avevo difficoltà a rispondere. Comunque! Danila, accetto le tue scuse e non preoccuparti, non sono un mostro che mangia chi sbaglia LOL insomma, una seconda possibilità la si dà a tutti, no? ;D Bene. Detto questo, il fatto che tu abbia cancellato il post sul fuckyeah per me in sé è già una buona cosa, ma se riesci a risalire al codice che hai preso come base te ne sarei davvero grata, principalmente per capire se è sempre il mio (nella sua prima versione era sui toni del marroncino, poi è diventato azzurro e arancione, nero e bianco e infine azzurro), trovato magari in una vecchia role, o se invece qualcuno l'ha preso e messo a disposizione senza chiedermi nulla. Ad ogni modo davvero, io posso ritenermi felice del fatto che hai capito (spero) che non si deve mai prendere materiale in giro senza prima assicurarsi che non sia qualcosa di "proprietà" altrui, soprattutto se è per partecipare ad un contest. Finché lo usi per te, male che vada ci vai di mezzo tu - e finché si tratta di codici html per le firme il massimo che succede è che qualcuno ti riprende, o ti insulta se non sa dove stia di casa l'educazione... sì, ci sono anche quelli, purtroppo D: ma se già si tratta di disegni presi da (ad esempio) deviantArt volendo possono far intervenire anche avvocati ecc (se sono ricchi sfondati - beati loro - e hanno soldi da buttare per una sciocchezza del genere eh XD non penso sia mai capitato, ma è nei loro diritti farlo, visto che deviantArt offre la tutela verso i lavori lì pubblicati, se originali - quindi NON ai retouches e alle icons ecc, ma SÌ ai disegni, alle fotografie e via dicendo). Quando però usi un lavoro realizzato su materiale altrui in un contest, come ha detto Ali ad andarci di mezzo è l'intero forum. Quindi appunto, fai attenzione :3 e... okay, basta, lezione finita. Se riesci a risalire al codice che hai usato come base te ne sono davvero grata, perché io cercando "codici html carini" su google non riesco a trovarlo >.>

Onestamente certe persone è meglio perderle che trovarle e anche se non me lo avessi precisato puoi pur star tranquilla che ti sarei stata lontana perchè davvero, un comportamento del genere non me lo sarei mai aspettato. Per di più in una discussione di plagio dai founder o dagli admin ci si aspetta un comportamento diplomatico che non mi pare tu sia stata in grado di tenere. Sei poi reputi il mio comportamento aggressivo e tutt'altra storia, ma credo di non essermi mai rivolto in modo maleducato o aggressivo, ma evidentemente se metto una faccina "(:" significa che cerco di prendere per il culo quando in realtà le mie intenzioni erano ben altre e siccome avevo visto che kaede non aveva creditato il sito dalla quale è stato prelevato il codice era giusto farglielo sapere e ho poi postato lo stesso code nel caso in cui lei stessa volesse fare un confronto (dato che se no avrebbe dovuto fare il download) a me questo non sembra essere "aggressivo" o palle varie, ma vedila come vuoi, sei poi libera di farti influenzare dal giudizio altrui - come mi pare di aver visto e capito! -. Puoi anche tranquillamente pensare che spaccio o rubo codici non miei, onestamente mi importa poco. Io resto una persona coerente e non come qualcuno disse "io odio le sidebar che vanno di moda" e poi ci fece 787894729 di grafiche per il pf, cioè.. ognuno si faccia il proprio esame di coscienza! (: Detto questo ad ognuno i propri pensieri e le proprie convinzioni e chiusa questa discussione per me è "pace e amici come prima" perchè il rancore non mi serve assolutamente a nulla! anche se NON ha usato l'intera skin, ma oltre ai codici della serranda (che ripeto non sono MIEI e per questi non voglio i crediti) ha comunque usato una parte di codici miei.. questi:

NO. Ho detto che sono stati usati MIEI codici solo per le sezioni!!! Se poi ho nominato e inserito anche quelli lì, è per puntualizzare che appunto essendoci anche quei codici, e siccome sono stata la prima ad averceli portati, vuol dire che i codici era sicuro che li avesse presi da me. PUNTO.
Ovviamente penso che ciò che voleva dire Rikku, non è che l'utente anestesia avesse usato l'intero codice della skin, voleva solo dimostrare che io mi ero lamentata del fatto che abbia usato del codice mio come base per lavorarci su una skin sua. E non di quei codici dell'effetto a serranda.

Lo hai detto quaranta volte e io altrettante volte ho detto che, essendoci i crediti nel mio portfolio, non era poi mio dovere mettermi a dire a destra e manca di mettere crediti di altri siti. Non ho mai detto che bisogna creditare me, per quei codici. Dopo ciò mi ripeterai (ma appunto io ho detto che era giusto solo mettere crediti per quel sito BLABLABLA!!!) abbiamo capito, inutile che lo ripeti. Se si legge ciò che una persona scrive, si capisce che ovviamente non essendo miei i codici, ci saranno i crediti da qualche parte nella mia skin e si usa quelli.
Lo trovo inutile puntualizzare su cose che già si erano dette solo perchè si vuole essere per forza al centro dell'attenzione e fare i fighi.
